Novellus University

Novellus University is designed to provide on-going formal training and professional development for employees.  Training through Novellus University includes technical training, soft-skills training, management/leadership training, and engineering refresher courses.  This includes:

• Management Development - Novellus pays close attention to the development of our managers through formalized programs such as Managers Bootcamp, where newly promoted managers, or managers new to Novellus learn about their role and Novellus’ expectations of them as managers in our company.
  
  
• Leadership Development - Novellus pays close attention to leadership development beginning with our Strategic Management Seminar. This seminar is geared towards managers who have been in a management position for one and a half to two years.
  
  
• Product Training & Certification - Provides employees and customers access to all product training, certification & technical documents.
  
  
• Professional Training - Novellus offers a suite of training and development programs targeted to grow specific skill sets, such as Leadership, Technology, and Financial Acumen.
